- Cancellation/amendment of order (including unconfirmed order) will not be accepted after placing an order. Requests such as changing purchased goods, combinding orders, and order splitting will not be accepted.
- After placing an order and completing payment, please check your registered email address for an order notification from us. If you do not receive any order notification email, please contact our customer service to arrange for a resend (please check spam).
- All orders selected for self-pickup in store will be valid for TWO months after receiving a notification email showing your order has "arrived". If the order is not picked up within TWO months, it will be regarded as an abandoned order. We will automatically cancel the order and will not inform you nor arrange an refund.
- There is a chance that the packaging box/bag may be damaged during the delivery process. If you are very concerned about the packaging, please visit our store and buy in-stock products.
- If the original packaging of the product has any damage, wear, dents or other similar conditions, but does not affect the quality of the product itself, ARNO SPORT reserves the right to refuse to exchange the product or any request for a refund.
- All pre-ordered items are ordered by ARNO SPORT from the supplier based on customers' order, therefore no refund, exchange or cancellation is accepted after placing an order.
- The delivery time of the pre-ordered products is based on the supplier, and the actual arrival date depends on the delivery time and logistics speed of the individual supplier.
- Some pre-ordered products (especially hot-selling products) may be delayed beyond the expected delivery date, ARNO SPORT will do our best to notify customers as soon as possible.
- The estimated arrival date of the product is only an estimate. The actual arrival date involves various factors (e.g. supplier inventory, logistics and transportation, etc.). If the arrival date is less than 1 month from the estimated date, request an order cancellation, refund, or return is not accepted.
- If the pre-order product is out of stock which the manufacturer is unable to produce or other factors beyond the control of ARNO SPORT result in the cancellation of your order, the payment will be refunded in full according to the original payment method.
- In stock items will be dispatched within 3 working days after order payment is confirmed. The delivery time of the pre-ordered products depends on the supplier's delivery time and logistics speed, and no refunds will be accepted during this period.
- When the goods are delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer, if there is no one to sign for the goods (or the logistics is unable to contact the customer), the goods may be returned to our company. If a re-send is requested, the courier fee will be paid by the customer upon delivery, and the customer needs to pay a service fee of HK$50 to ARNO SPORT.
- The delivery service will be delayed when Typhoon Signal No. 8 is hoisted, the Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect, or in weather conditions that we judge to be unsafe for delivery.
