This game ball is based on "BG5000" used in international competitions sponsored by FIBA.

Official game ball of 2020-2021 B League.

Design concept "The joy that spreads from a better world"

- Sakura: “Sakura”, a flower that symbolizes Japanese culture, represents how people gather and feel joy. In addition, Yoshino cherry tree, which is the most popular, is said to have originated in Tokyo and has been spread all over the country by people, so cherry blossoms are used in the design as a symbol of the spread of joy.

- Yen (CIRCLE): The outer and inner circles are formed with the character "和", meaning harmony. The triple circles express how a place filled with joy spreads like a wave.

- Calligrapher Aoyagi Bisen’s calligraphy: The calligraphy on the ball and the special vanity case was created by the up-and-coming calligrapher Aoyagi Bisen. He has performed calligraphy at various cultural and sporting events around the world. In Japan, he has appeared as a calligrapher in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics official Olympiad "Tokyo Caravan in Kyoto" and "Tokyo Caravan in Akita". With the motto of traditional innovation, we are transmitting works with a unique view of the world.

Improved control performance

- Suppression of slippage due to sweat: The epidermis is processed differently from our conventional products so that it will not slip easily even with sweaty hands. In addition, each logo part uses branding iron, which makes the printing part less slippery than the conventional printing method, and the printing area is reduced by about 25% to prevent slipping.

- Improved grip performance: The internal structure has been improved, the foam rubber layer has been increased compared to conventional products, and EVA foam has been newly adopted. This has resulted in better softness and improved grip performance.

- Achieves a beautiful texture of natural leather: Molten adopted a new color of natural leather and arranged the channel with a color that is compatible with natural leather. Furthermore, the beauty of natural leather is brought out by adopting a new grain shape and branding iron printing.
