Before learning finswimming, you need to understand what finswimming is! 
Finswimming is an aquatic competition that uses snorkels and fins to cooperate with swimming. 
It is divided into Surface finswimming, Bi-fins, Immersion finswimming and Apnoea finswimming. 
It swims like a dolphin, and it is faster and more exciting than swimming.

What should I do for the first time ? 
First of all, the most basic thing to learn to swim is to equip with "fins" and "snorkels". 
The fins for general practice range from several hundred HKD to over one thousand HKD.
And there are also snorkels ranging from tens to hundreds! 
But when looking for BLUE SIR to learn finswimming, 
we don’t recommend students to buy a few hundred HKD fins for the first time. 
The reasons are: 
＞ You don’t know if you really like finswimming, if you don’t like it after you try it, you’ll waste a few hundred dollars in vain. 
＞ There are reasons why fins are flat and expensive. Ask the coach before buying them to avoid buying inappropriate fins. 
＞ The money spent wrong is small matter, but injury is more serious. 

Come to ARNO SPORT CLUB to learn finswimming, we can borrow practice fins for beginner students, let you feel it first.
